ISTOS ENGINEERING was founded in 2007 and is dedicated to the management, supervision and construction of electromechanical projects across a vast spectrum of building applications.
The company's objective in every project we undertake is to ensure:

- Functionality, reliability, performance of installation
- Sufficient time and manufacturing costs
- Adequate operating costs and energy savings
- Ease of maintenance - Intervention

We, at ISTOS ENGINEERING, insist on the ability of dealing with the electromechanical plant as an integrated totality, rather than seeing each building as a set of individual installations, as usually happens.
The engineers and the executives of the company, once in charge of the supervision or the construction of a project, consider the task as a whole. Aiming to be in full collaboration with the design team from the outset, in order to coordinate the construction, ensures a continuous, smooth and steady development of the project and compliance to schedule.

Most importantly, we consider a project completed only when all the necessary Testing and Commissioning procedures are completed and after we deliver to the User/Client the relevent
documentation of the project including As Built Drawings, User Manuals, Equipment Data Sheets and Certificates.

Costas Andreou
He has been working in the construction field since 1993, first for GNOMON S.A. (1993-2001) and then for Hellenic Engineering S.A. (2001-2007). During those years he participated in significant projects such as :
-"Iasso" Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic (Construction Management)
- Rodos General Hospital (E/M Construction)
- Pyrgos General Hospital (Project Management)
- "Cardico" - Factory and Headquarters (Project Management)
- Fashion Car - Pireos 83 (Project Management)
- New Porsche Headquarters - (E/M Construction)

as well as smaller commercial and housing projects.

He is co-founder and owner of ISTOS Engineering since September 2007.

Kimon Daskalakis
He has been working in the construction field since 1996, first for GNOMON S.A. (1996-2002), EMPEDOS S.A. (2002-2004) and for Hellenic Engineering S.A. (2004-2007). During those years he participated in significant projects such as :

- Patras Science Park (E/M Construction)
- Pyrgos General Hospital (E/M Construction)
- Fashion Car - Pireos 83 (E/M Construction)
- Porsche Glyfada Shop (E/M Construction)
- New Data Center for AIA (E/M Construction)

He is co-founder and owner of ISTOS Engineering since September 2007.
